Payment is not processed on this site — at checkout you choose EFT/bank transfer or a purchase order, and our team confirms payment with you directly, so we don’t collect or store card details.
- Enquiries and quote requests: name, email, phone number, and message content, when you contact us, request a quote, or submit a form.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, only if you opt in.
- Wishlist and comparison lists: the products you save, stored via cookies or against your account if you’re logged in.
- Usage data: standard technical information such as pages visited and general location (country/region), collected via analytics tools where enabled, to help us understand how the site is used and to improve it.
How we use this information
- To process and fulfil your orders, including arranging delivery and confirming payment
- To respond to enquiries, quote requests, and customer support questions
