These terms apply to the Medlive Medical Supplies website, all purchases, quotations, tenders and account services.
2. Website Usage
Use the website lawfully, securely and in line with these terms.
3. Products and Pricing
Product information and pricing are provided in good faith. South African prices are shown in Rand; any VAT that applies is shown on the quotation and tax invoice. Other markets are priced by quotation.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order request is not a contract. An order is confirmed once you accept our confirmed quotation and payment is received.
5. Quotations (RFQ)
Quotations state a validity period. Expired quotations must be renewed before acceptance.
6. Tenders
Tender submissions are subject to the issuing organisation’s requirements and these terms.
7. Business Accounts & Wholesale
Business accounts are subject to approval and agreed commercial terms.
8. Payments
We accept card, EFT, Instant EFT and Payflex at checkout. Purchase orders apply to approved business accounts only.
9. Delivery and Collection
Delivery cost and timing are confirmed per order. Collection is by prior arrangement.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns follow our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.
11. Product Information
We take care that information is accurate but rely on manufacturer data for specifications.
12. Intellectual Property
Website content belongs to Medlive or its licensors.
13. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by South African law.
14. Account Security
Keep your sign-in details secure and report unauthorised use.
15. Termination
We may suspend access in line with these terms.
