Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product information, pricing and availability accurately on this website. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalogue may occasionally be mispriced, out of stock, or incorrectly described. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatching the order to let you know, and you will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. We reserve the right to correct pricing and product information at any time, and to refuse or cancel an order arising from a pricing or listing error.

Orders and payment

Placing an order through this website is a request to purchase, not an automatic sale. An order is only confirmed once our team has verified stock and payment arrangements and has communicated that confirmation to you directly. We currently accept payment by EFT / bank transfer or by official purchase order, as offered at checkout. We do not collect card details through this website.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes and costs will be confirmed with you at the time your order is processed and may vary depending on your location and product availability. We will do our best to meet any estimated delivery date provided, but estimated dates are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
