All FAQsHow do I order in South Africa?
Add products with a listed Rand price to your cart and submit your order with your delivery address. We confirm shipping and the final total, then request payment by EFT. Products marked “Price on request” can be added to a quotation instead.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are in Rand and exclude VAT. VAT (15%) and shipping are added in your confirmed total before payment.
Can I order from outside South Africa?
Yes. Choose your country at the top of the page. Products then show “Price on request (USD)”, and we send a written quotation covering freight, documentation and terms for your destination.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the products and your address, so it is quoted for each order and confirmed before you pay. It is never assumed to be free.
Do you handle bulk orders and tenders?
Yes. Use Bulk Quotation for volume pricing, or Tender Enquiry to send tender requirements, documents and closing dates. Large orders can also be sent to tenders@medlive.co.za.
