Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can add products to your cart or RFQ basket as a guest. A business account adds quotation history, multiple delivery addresses and purchase-order references.
How do I pay?

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
VAT is not added to prices on the website. Any VAT that applies is shown on your quotation and tax invoice.
Why is there no shipping cost in my cart?
Delivery cost depends on your address, order size and stock location. We confirm it with your order request so you never pay an estimate.
