Mediflo Duo Dual-Function Respiratory Exerciser

The Mediflo Duo is a dual-function respiratory exerciser that switches between inspiration training (sustained maximal inspiration) and expiration training (positive expiratory pressure) via a simple cap adjustment. A single-ball system with a floating indicator shows PEP pressure in the 12-15 cmH2O range, and resistance is easily adjusted by rotating the cap. Low starting resistance makes it suitable for patients with reduced lung volume, including children.
