Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can add products to your cart or RFQ basket as a guest. A business account adds quotation history, multiple delivery addresses and purchase-order references.

How do I pay?

By EFT, once we have confirmed your final total including shipping. Approved business accounts can also use purchase orders.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

VAT is not added to prices on the website. Any VAT that applies is shown on your quotation and tax invoice.

Why is there no shipping cost in my cart?

Delivery cost depends on your address, order size and stock location. We confirm it with your order request so you never pay an estimate.

Where do you deliver?

To all nine South African provinces. For our priority markets (Zimbabwe, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, Zambia and Uganda) and other African countries, we ship by quotation in USD, with freight, customs documentation and charges confirmed for each order before payment.

Which countries do you supply?

Our priority markets are South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), Zambia and Uganda.
